Get your copy of OBJECT's new DVD of short video testimony of women who have worked in the lap dancing industry - Stripping the Illusion: The Lap Dancing Industry Exposed. The film is the result of a collaboration between OBJECT and women formerly in lap dancing, which brings their testimony to life and debunks popular myths surrounding lap dancing. It sees women speaking out about the psychological and physical toll of working in lap dancing clubs, as well as the industry’s impact on how all women are viewed and treated.

The DVD comes along with a resource pack which includes a campaign briefing, Frequently Asked Questions, written testimonies and a workshop outline of how the film and accompanying materials can be used to run a discussion group / seminar on the issue. 

We are selling these packs with proceeds going to towards reimbursing costs of making the film; funding OBJECT’s campaign work; and supporting women who have worked in the lap dancing industry to set up a support group and exit service.  

Packs are on sale for between £5 - £15 (plus £2.50 p&p) depending on how much you want to donate.
