Welcome to the Object Blog, OBJECT's new blog for news and information about nationwide grassroots activism to end sex-object culture. Every day activists write letters and speak to public organisations, businesses and regulatory bodies; every day activists partake in acts of defiance such as turning over Lads Mags on news stands, slipping leaflets inside them, or stickering offensive  posters; every day activists take actions against this current tidal wave of sexist imagery & language, whilst those who peddle it try to claim that each activist is just a 'lone voice'. This Blog is a chance to show that 'Objectivism' (activism against objectification) is alive and kicking and that the movement of individuals and groups who are taking a stand against sexism is ever growing – the tide is turning.
